Rumor: Apple iPhone 7 to debut a new 'Deep Blue' color option that will replace 'Space Gray'
A wild new rumor from China claims that the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 will introduce a new dark blue color that will replace the current 'Space Gray' option.



In a recent report quoting sources from an unnamed Apple supplier, Japanese Apple-centric website Mac Otakara claims that the iPhone 7 will be offered in four color options: Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, and a new Deep Blue variant. Allegedly, there is a very good chance for Apple to discontinue the Space Gray option, one that the Cupertino-based technology giant debuted back in 2013 with the iPhone 5s.

Mac Otakara has a pretty good track record when it comes to reporting on upcoming Apple products. However, given that there's no concrete evidence to put weight behind these claims, you should still digest this information with a dose of skepticism. The image to the left only serves illustration purposes.

Quoting the same source, the report also claims that the iPhone 7 will make use of the same display glass as current-generation models.

According to the latest rumors, Apple's iPhone 7 series will make use of a similar design and build as the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s before it and will feature updated internals such as an Apple A10 chipset and a 256GB storage option. Other sources note that the iPhone 7 Plus will come with a dual-lens camera and 3GB of RAM.

All classic 8-bit Mega Man titles are coming to mobile in 2017

Good ol' Mega Man Legendary Japanese video game developer Capcom announced that next year will see the release of all classic Mega Man titles on mobile. All of the Blue Bomber's iconic NES adventures will land on both iOS and Android in Japan in 2017. The press release makes no mention of the games coming to the West, but we'd say there's a big chance this happens sometime following the Japanese release. Mega Man is one of the most recognizable video game characters and has starred in over 100 titles.
